A strong message from the leadership team at DevX for whom safety of the co-workers has always been their priority. Our client-first approach has been our differentiation and be stand by it even during the difficult time of COVID-19.
Making sure all our co-workers are provided enough time and space to manage their food breaks, we have come up with a colour coding option. Each co-worker will be provided colour cards to ensure social distancing and other covid norms are complied with without hampering the normal activities. We have also set a new dedicated cafeteria as a cushion.
DevX was and will always be a community-driven co-working space. Our efforts are well rooted into making sure our community is always connected. Checkout the events and activities we carried out digitally for our every-growing community of co-workers to give them a breather of their hectic WFH schedule admist covid pandemic.

The safety of our co-workers and visitors are of paramount importance to us. We are here to answer all your queries on steps taken to ensure that everyone of you get a safe and covid complaint office enviroment to work with complete confidence.
Cafeteria will be open to take lunch/dinner brought from home. However, no outside food will be allowed and cafeteria will only be offering dry snacks.
Operating the Tea/Coffee vending machines would be allowed to the Housekeeping staff only, who would be equipped with Sanitized Gloves. Fixed time slots shall be provided for Tea/Coffee breaks.
While meeting room, conference room and boardrooms can be availed, social distancing norms will have to be followed and adequate gap between the two bookings will be maintained to sanitize. Games room, fitness center and other such amenities will not be availed.
Since IT/ITeS is permitted to operate with 50% workforce after 20th April 2020, we recommend that you start with 15% to 20% of your workforce and then gradually increase the team.
Everyone is required to use mask in common areas as well as private cabins. No entry will be allowed without masks within the DevX premise.
DevX would facilitate the premise for organizations to work in multiple shifts so as to cover the loss of time during the lockdown period. Multiple shift would also ensure the social distancing protocol being followed aggressively. Shift timings will have to be mutually decided by the respective company and DevX team. We will need a minimum 1-hour gap between 2 shifts to sanitize the complete area. During the cleaning and sanitizing process, nobody will be allowed to enter the cabin.
The entry door will remain open and biometric attendance machines will be deactivated to reduce unwanted touch. We are also trying to arrange for the Face Recognition Access Control to take employee attendance.
