Vicki Sloan- I absolutely love this place. I wish my job was remote so I could justify working here. Really cool space, big windows so you don’t fill enclosed in, plenty of amenities food and drink. The elevator is pretty cool too; you press your floor number BEFORE getting on the elevator- it takes some getting used to lol.

Calvin Moore- My wife and I have been looking for a new office we both like… Lets say we both feel in love with this location instantly!! The staff are all extremely helpful and truly add that WOW factor!! The community aspect is a major bonus. It’s safe to say we found our second home.

Ian Joyce– Advent is an amazing co-working space. The staff is incredible and makes the whole place feel like a supportive community. Everything from their member programs to the amenities is everything you could ask for in a co-working space. They care about the broader Charlotte community as well, and that is reflected in their leadership and how they live out their core values. We also love Paper Plane and Deli, and it’s not too bad being attached to Catawba Brewery too… One of a kind!

Will H- I looked at all the Coworking spaces in town, and it was an easy decision to join Advent. They’ve managed to find the right balance of space, resources, culture, vibe, energy, and staff to make it feel like the perfect workspace. Kevin and the staff are somehow both super chill and eager to help. The expansions have added offices, more nooks and crannies to use if you need some privacy, decked out meeting rooms. If you’re freelancing, starting a new business, or working remotely there’s no better place in Charlotte to support you.

Desmon Andrade- This office space was the perfect transition I needed as I am opening multiple locations. Jessica made the entire process easy and comfortable and she is super responsive anytime a question arises. Perfect location and perfect management makes this an ideal location for anyone looking for a spot to house their business.

Ryan Baird- I’ve had an awesome experience here while renting a 2 person office. The staff is great, and its a great work environment with good perks. This building in particular has lower square foot areas in common areas and truly flexible open co-working spaces, which makes it a great balance for office rental prices and still having a few good communal open working spaces when you need them. It’s a good blend.

Samantha Rosenfeld- I was fortunate enough to take advantage of a free week of coworking at CoCoTiv Coworking recently and I was completely blown away by the amenities that the space has to offer! The layout of the space is so aesthetically pleasing and all patrons were quiet and respectful of sharing the same space. There are phone rooms and private offices throughout the floor, as well as meeting rooms and a large kitchen! All members are offered unlimited beer, kombucha, coffee, sparkling or still water, etc.! The views up on the fourth floor are also stunning even on a grey day! I was extremely productive and I will definitely be back!

Robert Hackney- CoCoTiv is an unbelievable co-working space. It is the perfect combination of a classy and comfort environment, in the heart of Myers Park/South Park neighborhoods. With their easily accessible amenities, friendly staff, and free parking, it is easily a top venue in the co-work community. Whether you are in search of office space, or event space, John and his staff go above and beyond go get you what you need, and what you are looking for.

Helen Lynch– The Community Manager, David, at Industrious Uptown Charlotte went above and beyond to help me when I was in a pinch; I’d organized another space that cancelled on me, and David stayed late and was incredibly kind, helpful, generous, in making sure we were taken care of. The space was beautiful and exactly perfect for what we needed. I can’t say enough good things about the space and David’s willingness to take care of a customer.

Cassandra McGroarty- We had a team from Booster head to Charlotte for a very special training meeting. We wanted to find something near uptown with great views, snacks and coffee, and of course an aesthetic yet functional space. We were blown away by the care and cleanliness of the Industrious offices in Uptown Charlotte. Everyone we spoke with was kind and professional. Definitely would recommend to anyone looking for a great space to work from. In the future we will book with them again!
